Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Health in Dearborn, MI, seeks a House Supervisor (RN) for per diem night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

You will supervise nursing staff and patient care, and coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers with the Intake/Admissions team. A minimum of an associate degree in nursing or BSN is required, with MI RN licensure and CPR certification; three years in a psychiatric setting preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate degree in nursing or BSN from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Licensed to practice by the MI State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Per diem night shift with weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with standards of care and hospital policy.
• Provide direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and care during the shift.
• Work with Intake and Admissions regarding admissions, discharges, and transfers.
