Job summary

Lake Huron Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a House Supervisor RN to provide administrative oversight of nursing services on shift, monitor care delivery, and coordinate patient flow across the hospital.

This on-site per diem position requires an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days of hire, and at least three years of acute care nursing with supervisory experience preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and BLS, ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience.
• One (1) year prior supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing services on shift and directs patient care activities.
• Monitors quality of care and patient flow across the hospital.
• Supervises staff and coordinates with on-call personnel as needed.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
