Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all department service functions on shift and oversee patient care delivery.
• Make rounds to monitor care quality and staff performance; direct patient care as needed.
• Directly supervise, support and communicate with all staff house-wide.
• Coordinate after-hours procedures and standby staffing; ensure policy compliance.
• Enhance patient/family experience through explanations of hospital policies.
