Job summary

Blessing Health System seeks a House Supervisor who coordinates nursing staff and resources to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care around the clock. You will collaborate with the Nursing Leadership team to interpret policies, manage crises, and oversee staffing across multiple hospital venues.

Required: RN license in Illinois, BSN, minimum 3 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role. ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3 years related nursing experience
• Minimum 1 year progressive nurse leadership experience
• Possesses current state RN license and BLS/ACLS readiness

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily personnel, equipment, and technology resources for safe, high-quality patient care.
• Provide resources for clinical and support staff to facilitate safe patient care.
• Coordinate response to events that threaten people, structure, or operations.
• Recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of centralized staffing nursing staff.
