Job summary
UAB Medicine is seeking a dedicated RN to serve as the primary unit contact for allocating house-wide resources based on patient and unit needs. You will collaborate with unit staff to implement decisions and stay abreast of changing priorities, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient flow.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, five years of related experience, and current RN licensure or eligibility with the Alabama Board of Nursing; teaching and leadership are valued in this
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Five (5) years of related experience required (no substitution).
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.

- Act as primary unit contact for allocating house-wide resources based on patient and unit needs.
- Collaborate with unit staff to implement decisions and stay abreast of changing priorities.
- Oversee patient flow and intervene as needed.
