Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3 years related experience or Associate degree with 5 years related experience.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of employment. ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations of the Center for Patient Flow.
• Ensure staff assignments are appropriate and resources allocated fairly.
• Collaborate with physicians, NRC, unit charge RNs, nurse managers, and outside agencies for timely patient placement.
