MultiCare Health System is seeking an RN House Supervisor to serve as in-house administrator for our hospital-based team. You will oversee hospital policy, drive problem resolution, and act as a leader and resource to facilitate efficient operations throughout the facility.

This role supports a journey toward a best-in-class nursing organization, with nurses participating in clinical decision-making, open communication, professional development, and a supportive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years.
• Current RN license in Washington or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification or plan to obtain within 6 months.
• Five years of recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience; three years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating.
• Apply critical thinking to decisions using standards, resources, and data.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to improve quality of care, patient experience, and costs.
