MultiCare is seeking an RN House Supervisor to act as in-house administrator for our hospital team in Olympia, WA. The role oversees hospital policy and problem resolution, serving as a leader and resource to facilitate efficient operations throughout the facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years of hire.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or must become certified within 6 months of employment.
• Five (5) years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Three (3) years management experience preferred.

• Engage critical thinking in decisions regarding patient care with standards, resources, and data.
• Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff, and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
