Qualifications

• RN with active license (state licensure and/or compact licensure).
• 1–2 years of related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations during shifts and ensure staffing meets patient care needs.
• Monitor census, admissions, discharges, and bed utilization.
• Serve as administrative contact during non-business hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources for safe, high-quality care.
• Act as incident commander in disasters until relieved by a senior leader.
