Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE, or CHS IEP Certificate required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years of related experience required.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading staff required.
• BLS certification required.
• RN license valid in California required.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor provides both clinical and operational support to the facility.
• Oversees daily operations and coordination of patient care by facility staff to ensure patients and families receive an optimum level of care.
• Serves as a role model and is responsible for staff development, resolution of employee concerns, and employee engagement.
