Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Nebraska RN license.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• ACLS.
• PALS.
• 3–5 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the performance of team members.
• Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department requirements.
• Coordinate patient activity and safe practices across all clinical areas on the designated shift.
• Oversee placement of admissions on the designated shift.
• Facilitate unit triaging during peak census.
