Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead nursing teams across units, ensuring patient safety and quality care. The role requires staffing coordination and collaboration with Nurse Managers to optimize shifts and patient placement.

Responsibilities include managing call-ins, float pool assignments, and reporting to leadership in a fast-paced psychiatric facility. Pennsylvania RN license and CPR are required; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for

Qualifications

• Valid State of Pennsylvania RN license required.
• 3-5 years of management/LTC/psychiatric unit experience preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Receives call-ins, assigns float pool staff, and adjusts schedules to meet staffing levels.
• Collaborates with Nurse Managers and Charge Nurses to maintain adequate staffing across shifts.
• Coordinates with Access Intake Center to place patients based on diagnosis and acuity.
• Communicates information effectively within and between departments.
