Job summary

Qualifications
- A valid State of Pennsylvania Nursing (RN) License is required.
- One year of nursing supervision required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the ADON and hospital leadership, ensures integration of nursing services into overall organization operations.
- Assist with personnel management duties including screening and selection of nursing staff, completing performance evaluations, and giving feedback to ADON and HR.
- Schedule nursing unit staff, assuring appropriate staffing ratio based on patient acuity and FTE standards; adhere to holidays and other exceptions.
- Monitor day-to-day provision of psychiatric and chemical dependency nursing care, assist on the unit as necessary, and communicate issues with ADON.
- Participate in treatment planning, implementation and monitoring.
- Oversee House Supervisors.
