Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse Days House Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities in the Behavioral Health units. The role focuses on supervising Behavioral Health Techs and LPNs, ensuring compliance with nursing standards, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high-quality patient care.

The position requires valid RN licensure in the state and completed postsecondary education, with the ability to manage shifts, document care, and support discharge planning.

Formación

• Must hold a current and valid RN license in the state employed.
• Completion of postsecondary education and the ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of Behavioral Health Techs and LPNs per hospital policies.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide written and oral reports on shift activities as required.
• Coordinate with other patient services to maintain comprehensive care plans.
• Participate in surveys and assist in discharge planning and patient transfers.
