Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for day shift (7a–7:30p) on a 36-hour workweek with an every-third-weekend rotation. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, potential overtime, and opportunities to cover multiple shifts if interested.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania RN license required.
• CPR certification required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed.
• Psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the day shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
• Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and quality of care for psychiatric patients.
