Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join as House Supervisor in Hickory, North Carolina. This role supports patient care operations overnight and on weekends, ensuring timely assessments and seamless care coordination.

Qualificações

• RN license active in applicable state.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely documentation in the medical record for medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
