Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor for day shifts. You will lead patient care, perform accurate assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and ensure documentation and care plans meet standards.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation of medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Conducts timely and accurate QI assessments.
