Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor for night shifts. This role provides 24-hour coordination of patient placement and works with Medical Staff and Administration to optimize hospital resources.
You will perform patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, document medical necessity, and maintain care plans and QI assessments to ensure quality patient care across departments.
Job Type: Full-time, Nights Schedule: 3x12s, night shift (7p-7a). Weekends and holidays required.

The House Nursing Supervisor provides 24-hour coordination of appropriate patient placement throughout the Hospital. The House Nursing Supervisor works closely with all departments, Medical Staff, and Administration to maximize the use of the hospitals' resources to provide quality patient care.
