Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Grand Rapids is seeking a dedicated RN House Supervisor for full-time night shifts at our Grand Rapids, MI campus (5th floor of Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital). The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care during critical illness recovery.

• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
