Responsibilities

• Supervises staff house-wide and coordinates with hospital leadership.
• Ensures efficient operations and patient flow across the hospital.
• Schedules after-hours procedures and calls in stand-by staff as needed.
• Enhances patient/family experience through explanations of policies.
