• Advanced de-escalation training required.
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by AHA required.
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within California required.
• CPIMABPART or Pro-ACT - certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordination of patient care by facility staff to ensure patients and families receive an optimum level of care.
• Serve as a role model and be responsible for staff development, resolution of employee concerns, and employee engagement.
