Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing personnel and operations by making rounds on a regular basis.
• Assess routine and non-routine conditions of patients and coordinate care.
• Develops interdisciplinary plans of care with staff and physicians.
• Oversees bed placement, throughput, and patient transfers/discharges.
• Responds to acute unit codes and medical emergencies; ensures safety and compliance.
