Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires completion of Registered Nurse program with California RN license.
• BSN or MSN preferred; leadership and supervisory experience valued.
• Minimum 5 years hospital Medical Surgical, Critical Care or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of strong leadership and supervisory management demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and nursing activities across patient care services.
• Oversee department resources and staffing adjustments.
• Represent Administration and follow the hospital chain of command.
• Support Mission, Vision and Performance Improvement programs.
