Job summary

Seneca Healthcare District seeks a House Supervisor/Drug Room RN to oversee hospital operations during shifts, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate care with ER and SNF leadership. Must maintain pharmacy involvement and ensure adherence to best practices.

Licensed California RN with BSN and CPR certification is required; ACLS/PALS within six months is expected. 5+ years acute care experience and 3+ years supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• California RN license required; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS within six months of hire.
• Minimum five years of acute care experience.
• Three years’ experience as Nursing Supervisor/House Supervisor desired.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Supervise nursing units and coordinate with ER/SNF leadership.
• Plan and provide staffing for nursing units on a monthly and daily basis.
• Respond to Codes and ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Orient new employees and participate in staff development.
