This position oversees the daily operations and coordination of patient care by facility staff to ensure patients and families receive an optimum level of care. Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required

• College-level psychology courses required

Experience

• 5 years of related experience required

• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading staff required

• Advanced de-escalation training required

Licenses and Certifications

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
