Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking an RN House Supervisor in Saint Paul, MN to oversee daily nursing operations and staffing for behavioral health services. This role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering compassionate care across shifts.

You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, timely physician orders, and accurate documentation, while mentoring staff to uphold standards of practice in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of the facility required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience required.
• Psychiatric/recovery program experience preferred.
• Leadership or charge RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing.
• Promote quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate physician orders and diagnostic information.
• Document medical and behavioral health information.
• Administer medications and maintain records.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure facility compliance.
