Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Directs day-to-day work activities and staff performance.
• Direct staffing to meet patient, unit, and department needs.
• Coordinate patient activity and ensure safe practices on the designated shift.
• Oversee admissions placement and coordinate EMTALA transfers.
• Lead unit triage decisions during peak census and coordinate with top management.
