Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical House Supervisor for Nursing Administration to support operational and clinical leadership across departments. The CHS serves as an educational and administrative resource, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care and effective staff coordination.

Active Kentucky RN license with a BSN is required, along with 3 years acute care and 1 year critical care experience. Completion of required training and leadership programs is expected to enhance department

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BSN required.
• 3 years acute care experience with 1 year critical care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, EMTALA training and other unit-specific certifications.
• LEAD Program completion as soon as possible.
• BHR Charge Nurse Program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing leadership and ensures excellence in patient care.
• Acts as administrative resource for staff, providers and patients.
• Supports after-hours and weekend operations in collaboration with leadership.
• Models professionalism and effective communication across disciplines.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and risk management.
