Job summary

MaineHealth’s Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the RN House Administrator role on the night shift. This full-time position manages clinical operations and leads nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The RN House Administrator provides supervision, coordinates staffing and resources, mentors team members, and collaborates with facilities to maintain smooth hospital operations during the assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license required; BLS certification required or within 30 days of start date.
• Three years of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and coordinate clinical management across units.
• Provide leadership and mentor staff regarding care management.
• Deploy personnel and resources and supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Collaborate with facilities operations to ensure safe delivery of care.
