Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inpatient bed management and support patient care activities.
• Lead House department and inpatient Adult/Pediatric departments with nursing and administrative leaders.
• Ensure staffing levels meet safe standards and report concerns to nursing leadership and administrator on call.
• Conduct staff supervision, onboarding, and continuous learning within the department.
• Collaborate on department budget development and management.
