Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Collaborate, delegate, and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
• Mentor and support staff through onboarding and clinical ladder opportunities.
