UP Health System - Marquette is seeking a Hospital Supervisor RN for a part-time role (0.6 FTE) with 4 x 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. The position requires an active Michigan RN license and a bachelor's degree in nursing, with a master's preferred.

You will supervise staffing, mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and ensure high-quality patient care. ACLS/PALS and supervisory experience are preferred, with a strong focus on policy compliance and staff development.

Formación

• Michigan RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff; performs or supports performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services; facilitates staff development; ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to meet service levels.
• Leads handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
