Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school (master's preferred).
• BLS-HCP certification.
• 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff; conducts performance evaluations and disciplines as needed.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services; ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to meet service levels.
• Leads handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
