Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the 34100 GCMG Adult Hospital at Home - Nursing team. Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 07:00–19:00, totaling 24 hours per week.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with the care team, document in the EHR, and uphold safety and ethical standards. RN licensure and BLS are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualificações

• RN license and BLS required.
• BSN preferred, relevant nursing experience considered.
• Evidence-based practice in patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in unit governance and quality initiatives.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
