Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the 34100 GCMG Adult Hospital at Home – Nursing. Schedule is Saturday & Sunday 0700-1900; total 24 hours per week.

Pay range is $38.20 - $57.30 per hour, with benefits eligibility and total rewards. The role uses the nursing process to assess and plan care, monitor patients, document in EHR, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, safe care.

Qualifications

• RN license (active) with multi-state compact or state privileges where care is provided.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Active BLS certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage in holistic nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Deliver safe medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Document accurately in the EHR and communicate with the care team.
• Uphold safety culture and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
