BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in North Carolina, serving adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities across Rowan, Iredell and Catawba counties.

This role emphasizes independent assessment, acute and post-acute care, medication management, wound care, and real-time clinical decisions in the home setting. Weekend Fri-Sun schedule with comprehensive benefits and professional support.

Qualifications

• When applying, you must hold a current NC nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with adult/geriatric patients in acute care, home health, rehab, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the home setting.
• Triages and manages urgent clinical situations independently.
• Administer medications, reconcile regimens, and provide safety monitoring.
• Document care using point-of-care technology and maintain accurate records.
