Qualifications

• NC RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care including wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Complete comprehensive wound assessments, care, and documentation.
