HarborHCS is seeking a full-time Weeknight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Corpus Christi area. This role includes admissions, discharges, pronouncements, and supporting the triage nurse with assessments.

The ideal candidate will be a Texas-licensed RN with 1+ year of RN experience, ideally with hospice or home health exposure. Strong communication skills and reliable transportation are required.

Competenze

• Texas RN license is required.
• 1+ years RN experience preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni
