Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in Lufkin, Texas seeks a Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our hospice/home health team. The role includes admissions, discharges, pronouncements, and assisting the Triage Nurse, with some assessments required.
