Job summary
HarborHCS is seeking a full-time Weeknight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Corpus Christi area. This role includes admissions, discharges, pronouncements, and supporting the triage nurse with assessments.
The ideal candidate will be a Texas-licensed RN with 1+ year of RN experience, ideally with hospice or home health exposure. Strong communication skills and reliable transportation are required.
Qualifications
- Texas RN license is required.
- 1+ years RN experience preferred.
- Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Admissions, discharges, and pronouncements.
- Assist the Triage Nurse and perform some assessments.
- Provide on-call coverage Mon-Thur, 5pm–8am.
