Legacy Hospice in Jackson, AL is seeking a Branch Administrator who is a registered nurse to lead our local team and ensure high-quality end-of-life care.

In this full-time, salaried role you will manage daily branch operations, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and ensure compliance with all standards while supporting budgeting and community partnerships. RN licensure, leadership experience, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years hospice nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Drug-free workplace with pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve key performance goals.
• Provide support for clinical care, including RN case management when needed.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
