Job summary

Ethos is seeking a dedicated RN Hospice Admissions nurse to coordinate new patient admissions, perform comprehensive assessments, and educate patients and families. You will partner with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a smooth transition into hospice services and uphold high standards of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Two years of Registered Nurse experience in a clinical care setting.
• One year of full-time hospice experience is preferred.
• Current RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current driver’s license is required.
