Job summary

Maxim Healthcare, Inc. in Prairie Village, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. The role offers an hourly pay range of $34–$38 with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifying candidates hold an RN license for the practicing state and have valid TB/Chest X-ray and BLS certification. Prior nursing experience is preferred, and Maxim offers sign-on and referral bonuses along with a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where the RN will practice.
• Experience delivering nursing care in home or community settings is preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
