Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to take responsibility for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. The nurse will perform according to nursing standards, managing patient care and assisting others in patient care management.

Available Opportunity:

Carol Stream, IL: Trach, Vent

Open Days: Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 10:00PM-6:30AM

Pay Rate: RN: $33 - $40 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
• Perform other RN or LPN duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing License in the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.
