Job summary

The role requires active RN credentials, travel readiness (up to 100 miles roundtrip), and proficiency with computers and smart devices.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with current credentials.
• Direct experience with anticoagulation or homecare preferred.
• Health education training is a plus.
• No lifting over 15 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Remotely set up training appointments with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes within defined geographic area.
• Demonstrate proper use and care of PT/INR equipment.
• Explain test reporting options to patients.
• Document and submit training records electronically.
• Maintain secure communications and PHI handling via encrypted email.
• Ensure reliable transportation is available.
• Stay professional and communicate with Acelis Connected Health.
