Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a per-diem RN Trainer to provide hands-on, Face-2-Face training to Acelis Connected Health’s home testing customers. You will educate on finger-stick blood sampling, operate PT/INR devices, and handle reporting duties from the customer’s home.

The role requires traveling to clients, maintaining professional communication, and completing documentation with PHI-secure methods. Training is city/state specific with limited lifting and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• The Trainer must have clinical experience and be a Registered Nurse.
• Direct exposure to anticoagulation/homecare is preferred.
• Health education training experience a definite plus.
• No lifting over 15 pounds required without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Remotely schedule training appointments with customers/caregivers.
• Travel to customers' homes within theTrainer's geographic area.
• Demonstrate proper use of PT/INR equipment and report results.
• Explain test reporting options to customers.
• Present oneself professionally in all interactions.
• Document and submit training records electronically.
