Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN.
• Direct experience with anticoagulation/homecare preferred.
• Health education training a plus.
• No lifting over 15 pounds required without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Remotely set up training appointments with customers/caregivers.
• Travel to customers' home settings within the trainer's geographic area.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper use of PT/INR equipment.
