Job summary

Abbott is seeking a per-diem RN trainer to provide personalized home training for Acelis Connected Health’s customers. You will show patients how to use PT/INR equipment, document training, and report outcomes from their home or caregiver setting.

The role requires travel (minimums apply) and good communication, with web-based training provided. Florida has an additional background step; base pay varies by location.

Qualifications

• The Trainer must be a licensed RN with clinical experience.
• Direct exposure to anticoagulation management or homecare is preferred.
• Health education/training experience is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Remotely set up training appointments with customers/caregivers.
• Travel to customers' homes within the trainer's general geographic area.
• Demonstrate and instruct use of PT/INR equipment and reporting options.
