Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN based in Havre, MT, with the opportunity to travel up to one to two hours outside Havre to serve clients. You will provide direct patient care, educate families on infusion therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan individualized care.

The role requires an MT RN license (or Compact), 1 year of RN infusion/ER/ICU experience, and BLS/CPR certification. Strong IV skills and a valid Montana driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid MT RN license or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Current Montana driver's license with proof of insurability.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Montana state Driver's license with proof of insurability.
