Job summary

Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to provide direct patient care in home settings around Helena, MT. Travel up to two hours outside Helena is required to serve clients.

The role focuses on infusion therapy management, patient education, and coordination with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid MT Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Montana state Driver's license with proof of insurability

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope and develop a care plan with the team.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Facilitate start of care through admission and communicate changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The primary location for this position will be in Helena, MT, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Helena to serve our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act. Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process. Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family. Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld. Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician. Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices
